Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking an Activity Area Manager for Sparks Sport Academy to lead multiple centers within an assigned area. You will manage Senior Coaches, support coaches, and ensure operational and performance standards are met across all centers.

The role involves collaboration with Home Office and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives and maintain center-level execution. Leadership experience in education or sports settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Management or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in education, sports, children's activity or related service industry.
• Leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple teams, classes, programs, or locations is an advantage.
• Experience leading and developing team members, supervisors or team leaders.
• Strong understanding of operational management and day-to-day center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Sparks Sports Academy centers in the assigned area.
• Oversee Senior Coaches and support the Coach population.
• Ensure operational standards and performance monitoring across centers.
• Coordinate with Home Office and cross-functional teams.
• Execute company initiatives at center level and monitor progress.
