• Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years in sales management, sales operations, or business development.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C; optical industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• English and Bahasa proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets and manage strategic partnerships with customers.
