  • Build and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects
  • Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives
  • Manage the sales process, ensuring accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies for SME projects and community outreach
Qualifications

The Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.
  • Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.
  • Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
