Job summary

PT Arya Noble is seeking an Architectural Designer/Project Support to join in Jakarta. You will conduct surveys, prepare layouts and 3D models, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project readiness and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering and 1–2 years of construction project support experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Construction Project Support (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Portfolio of construction projects is a plus
• Proficient in project management tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and measurements for clinics, renovations, and relocations to align with site conditions
• Prepare and verify project readiness, including layout plans and 3D designs
• Collaborate with teams, consultants, contractors, and others to plan for execution
• Execute projects according to timelines and S-curve charts
• Oversee site inspections, electrical tests, and final account verification
• Generate weekly progress reports and S-curve updates
• Review contractor handover documents (BAST)
• Handle administrative tasks necessary for project implementation
