Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a Product Designer to transform client ideas into compelling products. You will prototype concepts and partner with sales, marketing, and product managers to plan releases within budget constraints.

The role requires 2–5 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centered solutions.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.
