Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a motivated intern to assist in creating online survey questionnaires, perform desk research on the Indonesian insurance market, and support administrative duties.

This hybrid role requires a fresh graduate or final year student with strong Excel skills and bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia communication abilities. The position is based in South Jakarta with flexible on-site and remote elements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final year student from any major
• Having experience generating online survey through any platform (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Google Form, etc.)
• Advance in Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen interest in analyzing data to provide recommendations and insight
• Good communication skills (verbal & non verbal, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
