Job summary

Shopee Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Business Development Assistant to support daily campaign execution and cross-functional coordination. You'll collaborate with Marketing and BD Category teams, handle ad-hoc projects, and perform administrative and research tasks to help grow campaign impact.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students fluent in English, with good Excel skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a motivated, proactive attitude
