Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks a Regional Strategy, Planning & Optimization Leader for APAC. You will lead SPO strategy, coordinate with regional and global leaders, and drive market expansion across power, energy and water sectors.

The role requires deep advisory experience, enterprise-scale project leadership, and the ability to manage complex engagements across Southeast Asia, with travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; 12–15+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Experience leading multiple engagements concurrently and contributing to new engagements.
• Proven leadership in power, energy and water sectors with regional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead targets and business for Strategy Planning & Optimization in the region.
• Collaborate with regional/global leadership to expand SPO offerings.
• Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategy and roadshows for SPO markets.
• Act as Project Director, guiding delivery and ensuring quality of engagements.
• Oversee scoping, effort estimation, pricing, and proposals during pre-sales.
• Mentor teams and develop knowledge bases for improved practice.
