Job summary

Black & Veatch invites a seasoned Regional Strategy, Planning and Optimization Leader for APAC in a senior advisory role. You will steer the SPO practice across utilities, power, water and data infrastructure while collaborating with regional and global leadership.

You will drive go-to-market initiatives, oversee engagements, and mentor project teams to deliver high-impact strategic outcomes for clients in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Experience leading engagements and managing multiple projects.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead targets and business for Strategy Planning & Optimization (SPO) in the region.
• Plan and execute Go to Market strategy including roadshows for SPO offerings.
• Act as Project Director of consulting mandates for infrastructure advisory team.
• Oversee scoping, effort estimation, pricing, schedule and proposal development during sales/pre-sales.
• Guide Project Managers during project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
