Job summary

International Justice Mission seeks a Regional HR Director, Asia Pacific to accelerate organizational effectiveness across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. This hybrid role partners with regional and global leaders to align HR strategies with IJM's mission and priorities.

You will lead HR policy development, global system implementations (Workday), talent acquisition, performance and engagement programs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while mentoring country HR

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years HR experience in complex, global organizations.
Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
Strong knowledge of APAC employment law and compliance.
Experience handling expatriate and local employment models.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in regional leadership team strategic planning.
Develop and monitor regional HR policies in compliance with global standards.
Lead regional implementation of global HR systems and processes (salary reviews, annual performance reviews, employee engagement).
Develop and maintain partnerships with external HR vendors and service providers.
Mentor and coach regional and country HR leaders and teams to enhance capacity and effectiveness.
Provide expert guidance on complex regional employee relations issues.
