International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an HR Director for Asia Pacific to drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with IJM's mission. You will partner with regional and global leaders to shape talent acquisition, development, and people operations across ten countries, balancing local labour laws with global standards and agile practices.

This role works in a matrix environment, mentoring regional HR teams, overseeing compensation, benefits, and performance

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field; SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in complex, matrixed global orgs.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in regional leadership strategic planning, driving HR insights.
• Develop and monitor regional HR policies ensuring compliance with laws.
• Lead regional implementation of global HR systems (salary reviews, performance reviews, engagement).
• Develop partnerships with external HR vendors and services.
• Mentor and coach regional HR leaders and teams.
