Job summary

Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist for its Onboarding and Mobility team to support immigration compliance and global relocation for APAC operations. You will coordinate cross-border assignments, liaise with clients and internal teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, autonomy, and experience in immigration or mobility, with a globally distributed, async work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, with immigration focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience with diverse client bases.
• Experience in tech or rapidly growing companies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance delivery.
• Monitor and control immigration-related products and services for compliance.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Track regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases; manage case statuses.
