SAGARA Technology is seeking an Android Developer to build and maintain Android app features, ensuring stability, performance, and usability. You will work with Backend, UI/UX, and QA teams to integrate APIs and deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

The role requires 2–3 years of Android experience, proficiency in Kotlin/Java, and familiarity with MVVM or Clean Architecture. Knowledge of release processes and Android tools is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 2–3 years Android app development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java with Android SDK knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and async operations.
• Familiarity with MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of Android Studio, Git, Gradle, and Jetpack components.
• Understanding of testing, debugging, performance optimization, and crash analysis.

As an Android Developer, you will develop and maintain Android application features while ensuring application stability, performance, and usability. You will collaborate with Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Quality Assurance Engineers to integrate APIs, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality application releases according to project timelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android application features based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services into Android applications.
• Implement application architecture using MVVM, Clean Architecture, or other suitable design patterns.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and application stability.
• Prepare release builds (APK/AAB) and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of application features and releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Android application development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with a strong understanding of Android SDK.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data and asynchronous operations.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, including MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Android development tools such as Android Studio, Git, Gradle, and Android Jetpack components.
• Understanding of mobile application testing, debugging, performance optimization, and crash analysis.
• Familiarity with application release processes, including APK/AAB generation and Google Play deployment, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
