• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business/Data Analytics, Commercial Planning, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting, project performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in digital, social commerce, e‑commerce, media, or technology‑related industries is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
