Job summary

SC Johnson in Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support daily inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activities at Pulogadung DC. You will ensure accurate SAP transactions, inventory control, and on-time shipments, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with QA/QC, Transportation, Finance, IT, and other teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements, plus contributing to KPI reporting and continuous warehouse optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics operational experience, preferably FMCG.
• Familiar with SAP WM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound warehouse operations according to established procedures.
• Perform accurate SAP WM transactions, including recording, labeling, documentation verification, and transaction completion.
• Manage and monitor inventory accuracy including cycle count, stock reconciliation, FIFO/shelf-life management.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation for local shipment, deployment, export, and Contract Manufacturing activities.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities, coordinating manpower and transporters for shipment readiness.
• Maintain operational reporting covering throughput, utilization, inventory, cycle count, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Inventory & System, Transportation, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support investigation/resolution of inventory discrepancies, mishandling, and shipment-related issues.

Responsible for supporting and executing daily warehouse and logistics operations covering inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound activities at Pulogadung DC. The role ensures accurate SAP transactions, inventory and shipment accuracy, operational reporting, warehouse productivity, and compliance with applicable safety, quality, and warehouse standards.

The position also supports process improvement initiatives, operational issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute daily inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound warehouse operations according to established procedures.
• Perform accurate and timely SAP WM transactions , including recording, labeling, documentation verification, and transaction completion.
• Manage and monitor inventory accuracy , including cycle count, stock reconciliation, FIFO/shelf-life management, product sampling, and mishandling products.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation for local shipment, deployment, export, and Contract Manufacturing activities .
• Monitor and support loading and unloading activities , including manpower coordination, transporter coordination, and shipment readiness.
• Maintain operational reporting covering throughput/productivity, warehouse utilization, inventory, cycle count, shelf life, pallet management, inbound activities, and other relevant logistics KPIs .
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Inventory & System, Transportation, Customer Fulfillment, SHE, Purchasing, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies, product quality issues, mishandling, rework, disposal, and shipment-related issues .
• Identify and execute warehouse process improvement, productivity improvement, cost saving, and operational efficiency initiatives .
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with applicable SHE, Quality, 5S, ISO, Halal, CPPKRTB, and internal company requirements .
• Provide operational backup and coordination support when required to ensure continuity of logistics activities.
• Support team coordination and capability development to improve warehouse operational performance.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics operational experience, preferably FMCG
• Familiar with SAP WM is an advantage
