A leading global snack company is seeking a senior professional for manufacturing application planning and change management. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in manufacturing, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong background in change management for process improvements. This role is crucial for coordinating productivity delivery with a focus on operational excellence across various teams.
This position is accountable for delivering in-region manufacturing application planning, implementation and change management with excellence and in partnership with plant, regional and global stakeholders, including functional and technical SMEs. It also strategizes a roadmap for productivity delivery with specific focus on each of conversion cost components. Delivery of the roadmap is well coordinated in partnership with multifunction stakeholder teams spread across Plant, BU & Region teams.
