Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in the same role.
• Expertise in legal drafting and negotiation.
• Proficiency in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking.
• Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist superiors in overseeing legal matters across the Organization and Business Units.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all activities.
• Identify and analyze potential legal issues for the Organization and Business Units.
• Prepare/draft legal documents, review and negotiate agreements and related issues.
• Provide legal opinions, consultation, and guidance to the Organization and Business Units.
• Ensure SOPs, Organization Policies, and Guidelines are followed in the Corporate Legal Department and day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with group’s lawyer and notary or other required parties.
• Manage correspondences and administration, including legal filings and document management.
