Job summary

IYKRA is seeking an AI Quality Control Engineer (QC) to join our team and support an AI project in the banking industry. You will test the assigned project, design test plans, and execute functional, regression, and quality testing of AI model outputs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 2 years as a QA/QC Engineer, and experience testing AI chatbots or OCR. Proficiency in test case design, API testing, and Jira defect management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years as QA/QC in software development.
• Experience testing AI chatbots or OCR.
• Proficient in test case design, API testing, and Jira defect management.
• Understanding of basic automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for testing the assigned project.
• Develop test plans and scenarios for each project release.
• Execute functional, regression, and quality testing of AI model outputs.
• Manage defect reporting and ensure resolution prior to release.
