Dealls (YC W22) is seeking an AI Quality Analyst and Knowledge Base Editor in Jakarta to review AI responses, compare with source documents, and define expected answers. The role also writes and updates knowledge base content to ensure clarity and consistency across rules and examples.

The candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of converting complex information into explicit documentation. Strong written English and Indonesian skills are essential.

• Ability to translate complex information into clear rules and documentation.
• Experience identifying gaps and inconsistencies in knowledge bases.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated responses for user or client questions.
• Compare responses against source documents, policies, and business logic.
• Determine correctness and completeness of each response.
• Define the expected answer for each reviewed case.
• Identify missing or insufficiently supported information.
• Spot inconsistencies across similar AI responses.
• Review both final answer and reasoning/evidence where available.
• Investigate root causes of incorrect or incomplete responses.
