Job summary

Ultra Voucher seeks an AI Content Creator passionate about visual storytelling and Generative AI. You will develop AI-generated images and videos for marketing, social media, campaigns, and internal communications, translating briefs into visual concepts, prompts, and final outputs.

You will perform prompt engineering and iterate to achieve high-quality visuals, exploring AI tools and maintaining consistent brand identity across all content.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI-generated content, content creation, graphic design, video production, or creative content.
• Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and Generative AI workflows for image/video production.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of composition, lighting, color, framing, and storytelling.
• Able to translate briefs into concepts, storyboards, prompts, and final outputs.
• Aware of copyright, brand safety, and responsible AI use.

• Conduct editing, post-production, and quality control to meet creative/technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing and Creative teams throughout content development.
• Research visual trends, AI technologies and production techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, AI workflows, documentation and best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality AI-generated image and video content to support marketing, social media, campaigns, corporate communication, and internal communication needs.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Information Technology, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Advertising, Communication, or other relevant fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI-generated content, content creation, graphic design, video production, or creative content.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and Generative AI workflows for image and video production.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense and fundamental understanding of composition, lighting, color, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Able to translate a creative brief into concepts, storyboards, prompts, and final visual outputs.
• Able to perform prompt iteration, visual refinement, and quality control of AI-generated content.
• Understands AI generation techniques including text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-image, and image-to-video.
