Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a BA/DA — eCommerce Operations to own cross-market analytics, linking operations and finance performance. You’ll discover needs, translate them into data problems, and deliver dashboards and narratives that guide pricing, promotions, and fulfillment decisions.

You will work with PowerSell data, the Finance Data Warehouse, and marketplace data, writing SQL and validating figures while collaborating with BI teams across Vietnam and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations analytics, finance analytics, business analysis, or data analysis.
• Experience across Southeast Asia markets, preferably remote from a regional hub.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on SQL and dashboarding capabilities with data reconciliation experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools for analytics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering conversations with operations and finance stakeholders across SEA markets.
• Map data flows between PowerSell, the Finance Data Warehouse, and Seller Centre sources.
• Own end-to-end e-commerce analytics: SKU/category performance, pricing, promotions, P&L, fulfillment.
• Write SQL and build dashboards with minimal reliance on central BI team.
• Present insights and recommendations to country leads and regional leadership.
• Contribute to governance and data quality, defining metrics and reconciliations.
