Silverwing is building an AI-powered acquisition platform focused on logistics and Southeast Asia. The Corporate Development Manager will source targets, manage CRM pipelines and support due diligence, working closely with the founder on high-impact strategic initiatives.

The role combines building scalable systems with hands-on deal execution, requiring strong analytics, independent work style, and exceptional English communication.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in corporate development or related field.
• Strong analytical and research capability.
• Practical experience using AI and automation to improve processes.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management platforms.
• Excellent written English and strong commercial judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an AI-powered acquisition sourcing and qualification engine.
• Research and qualify acquisition targets across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with business owners and professional intermediaries.
• Manage the acquisition CRM and transaction pipeline.
• Support due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution.
• Implement AI, automation and workflow systems to improve productivity.
• Work directly with the Principal on acquisitions, strategic projects and executive priorities.
• Help build the operational systems that will support a growing acquisition platform.
