Job summary

PT Sea Group is seeking an AI Engineer to build and operate production-grade AI agent capabilities for Spark. You will work across LLM orchestration, backend services, enterprise integrations, memory and evaluation systems, owning features from design through production deployment.

As part of the Spark AI Engineering team, you will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI agents, exploring models and frameworks to meet product and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM engineering roles.
• Strong Python programming skills and production deployment experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered AI agents for Spark.
• Experiment with models and frameworks to identify optimal solutions for product requirements.
• Develop AI workflows using RAG, tool calls, function calling, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Prototype quickly and validate ideas with experiments and user feedback.
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost, and productionise them.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI solutions in production.
• Stay updated on developments in LLMs and AI agent technologies.
