Job summary

GTMLab is looking for a UI Designer who blends design intuition with AI to create premium-quality work at exceptional speed. You’ll design websites, landing pages, brand identities, and marketing assets that shape how clients are perceived.

You’ll experiment with AI workflows, move fast, and transform blank canvases into work clients fall in love with, while collaborating with Growth Strategists, Developers, and leadership, onsite at our Menteng, Central Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflow.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and branding assets.
• Create modern visual systems aligned with client positioning.
• Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, interface creation, and content generation.
• Translate concepts into polished mockups with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategists, SEO specialists, Developers, and leadership.
• Continuously improve AI workflows to boost quality and speed.
