Job summary

Raharja Partners Consulting seeks an AI Marketing & Content Intelligence Manager to lead RPC's AI-powered marketing engine, spanning market intelligence to learning. You will design workflows across AI research, content strategy, AI-assisted writing, design, video, publishing, analytics and learning.

Responsibilities include creating monthly content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, the website, newsletters and video; building content around business growth, consumer trends and RPC insights; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Management, Economics or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in a combination of digital marketing, content strategy, B2B marketing, social media, marketing automation, AI-enabled marketing, content production, brand management or marketing analytics.
• Strong practical knowledge of generative AI and prompting.
• Content strategy, copywriting/editing and social-media content creation.
• Digital marketing and basic marketing analytics.
• Project management and workflow design.
• Curious and commercially minded; asks 'why?' and 'what does this mean for the business?'
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable building systems from scratch.
• Technologically curious and willing to experiment.
• Strong editorial judgment: distinguishes valuable insight from generic content.
• Excellent communicator who can interview senior consultants and extract useful knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve workflows connecting AI research, market intelligence, content strategy, AI-assisted writing, design, video, approval, publishing, analytics and learning.
• Create and manage monthly content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, newsletters and video.
• Build content around strategy, growth, marketing, consumer trends, FMCG and relevant industries, innovation, leadership, execution, market intelligence, RPC frameworks, partner insights and selected case studies.
• Conduct short interviews with RPC's Founder and Senior Partners.
• Turn expert conversations into carousels, Reels, LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, client insights and presentation material.
• Use AI to accelerate ideas, research summaries, captions, carousel structures, video scripts, articles, newsletters, infographics and presentations.
• Review AI output for accuracy, strategic relevance, originality, brand consistency and confidentiality.
• Manage publishing calendars in a way that build RPC presence in social media.
• Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, website traffic, qualified inquiries, leads and conversion.
• Identify which topics and formats attract the right business audience and contribute to RPC's commercial growth.
