Job summary

Grab's Country & Marketing Analytics team analyzes operations and marketing initiatives across countries, deciphering impact on business, brand and users, to drive better outcomes.

We seek someone who can craft scalable AI-powered frameworks while doing traditional analytics. You’ll collaborate with Business, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and other Data teams and be based onsite in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of analytical experience and an understanding of business.
• Ability to narrow down multiple options into the best approach and own open-ended business problems.
• Guide decisions across teams and senior partners.
• Expert in data storytelling and capable of creating dashboards.
• Fluent in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages; comfortable with large datasets and ETL.
• AI-first mindset: curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and AI-powered workflows.
