Job summary

CODE.ID is seeking a backend engineer to design and implement backend services, APIs, data models, and business logic in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to explain design choices rather than only that an approach works
• Curiosity about trade-offs, failure modes, and architecture
• Habit of testing and verifying your own assumptions
• Comfort using AI coding tools or willingness to adopt an agent-native approach
• Clear communication with engineers, analysts, and client users
• Willingness to learn new domains
