Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Data Scientist – AI (Collection) in Jakarta to design and ship AI-powered solutions for the collections journey, from reminders to recovery. You will report to the Lead Data Scientist – Collection & SPG and partner with Product and Engineering to deploy models into production.

The role requires 2+ years of data science or ML experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on work with LLMs and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of data science or ML experience.
• Strong Python and SQL, ML libraries knowledge.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering and agents.
• Experience deploying models to production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, ship and measure AI solutions across the collection journey.
• Build LLM-powered collection assistants and chatbots.
• Develop predictive models for propensities and contact strategy.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Ops to deploy scalable solutions.
