Job summary

Telecommunication Group in Bandung is seeking an AI-assisted Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications using Claude Code. You will analyze requirements, craft architecture, read existing codebases, and integrate frontend, backend, APIs, and databases with AI-assisted workflows.

You will review code generated by AI, ensure quality, security, and maintainability, and collaborate with PMs, UI/UX, and engineering teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, or similar position.
• Understanding and prior use of Claude Code in software development workflows.
• Understanding of terminal / CLI for development.
• Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Understanding of REST API and system integration.
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab.
• Ability to read, understand, and modify existing codebases.
• Strong problem solving and debugging capabilities.
• Not entirely dependent on AI-generated code and able to validate code produced by AI.

AI-Assisted Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer – Claude Code

We are seeking a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer experienced with Claude Code and AI coding tools in software development processes. This position is suited for developers who can not only use AI to generate code, but also understand requirement analysis, application architecture design, reading existing codebases, debugging, refactoring, API integration, database work, testing, and deployment. We are looking for candidates who can use Claude Code as an engineering productivity tool, not merely for prompting.
