Job summary

Goldenagri in Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan, seeks a field operations coordinator to plan budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards, and to create monthly and daily work plans for the division.

The role also entails leading morning briefings, coordinating Mandor and Kerani, ensuring labor and equipment availability, and overseeing material requests and contractor work locations in line with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Create monthly work plans and monthly goods needs based on the division's work program.
• Create a daily work plan based on the monthly work plan and the current conditions and needs
• Submit a plan for the operational funding needs of the division each month
• Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements
• Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set
• Coordinate and ensure proper labor and equipment requirements for all work activities are available
• Coordinate and manage the distribution of labor as needed to maximize the work in the field
• Conduct material requests for division work needs and ensure timely, appropriate and appropriate dosage is available
• Determine the location of the work and ensure the specifications of the work in accordance with the contract for all work that is contracted to contractors / third parties
