Job summary

DNI Skin Centre is seeking a licensed nurse with a passion for aesthetics to join our dermatology team in Bekasi or Bali. You will prepare patients and rooms, assist doctors during procedures, monitor patient conditions, and deliver pre- and post-treatment care.

Applicants should hold a D3 in Nursing with an active STR, have experience in aesthetic clinics or OR/ER, and be able to work shifts in a patient‑centered, safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sterilization and infection prevention.
• Able to monitor vitals and provide basic nursing care.

Job description

DNI Skin Centre is looking for a licensed nurse who is interested in developing a career in the aesthetic and dermatology industry.

The Aesthetic Nurse will prepare patients and treatment rooms, assist doctors during aesthetic procedures, monitor patient conditions, and provide pre- and post-treatment care. All responsibilities must be performed according to professional competence, clinic SOPs, infection-control protocols, and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare patients, treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies before procedures.

Assist doctors during aesthetic and minor medical procedures.

Monitor patients’ condition and vital signs before, during, and after treatment when required.

Provide pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment nursing care.

Explain aftercare instructions based on the doctor’s direction and clinic protocols.

Maintain sterilization, aseptic techniques, and infection-control standards.

Observe patient reactions and promptly report any clinical concerns to the doctor.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment equipment is properly handled.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing.

Holds an active STR.

Previous nursing experience in an aesthetic clinic, procedure room, Operating Room (OR), or Emergency Department (ER) is preferred.

Understands sterilization, aseptic-antiseptic techniques, and infection prevention.

Able to provide basic nursing care and monitor patients’ vital signs.

Communicative, patient-oriented, attentive, and able to provide reassuring care.

Detail-oriented, responsive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.

Willing to work shifts and be based at DNI Skin Centre in Bekasi or Bali.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or wellness clinic.

Familiar with medical equipment used in aesthetic treatments.
