About the role

As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, personalised aesthetic treatments to our valued clients, helping them achieve their desired cosmetic goals. What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser procedures, and skincare therapies

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns and develop customised treatment plans

Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols

Collaborate with the clinic's nursing and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and continuously enhance your professional skills and knowledge

Contribute to the growth and development of the Lumina Aesthetics Clinic brand through patient education, social media engagement, and participation in marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

A medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with a specialisation or significant experience in aesthetic medicine

A valid license to practise medicine in Indonesia and relevant aesthetic certifications

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and effective aesthetic treatments

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide a warm, empathetic, and personalised patient experience

Strong attention to detail, clinical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care

Passion for the medical aesthetics industry and a desire to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies
