PT Singa Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to provide professional consultations, perform device-based and injectable procedures, and deliver patient-centered care. The candidate should hold a Medical Doctor qualification with a General Practitioner (GP) registration (STR) and have minimum 5 years in aesthetic clinics.

Proficiency in Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts, chemical peels, microneedling, and related treatments is required.

As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will be responsible for providing professional consultations, performing device-based and injectable aesthetic procedures, and delivering high-quality patient care. You will play an important role in ensuring that every patient receives safe, personalised treatment and a positive experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

Provide professional aesthetic consultations using a patient-centred approach.

Educate patients clearly about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care.

Perform aesthetic medical procedures safely and in accordance with established SOPs and medical standards.

Assess patients’ individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their concerns and medical conditions.

Ensure proper patient assessment, documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up.

Maintain a high standard of patient safety, medical ethics, and professional practice.

Build trust and develop long-term relationships with patients through excellent care and service.

Maintain good working relationships with the branch manager, therapists, and administrative team.

Stay updated on the latest developments, techniques, and trends in aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications

Medical Doctor who has completed professional medical education and holds a General Practitioner (GP) qualification.

Holds a valid and active Medical Doctor Registration Certificate (STR).

Minimum 5 years of experience working in aesthetic clinics, medical aesthetics, or skincare clinics.

Competent and experienced in performing aesthetic medical procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts, chemical peels, microneedling, and other aesthetic treatments.

Strong understanding of patient safety, medical service standards, and medical ethics.

Able to conduct professional consultations and provide treatment recommendations tailored to individual patient needs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and patient-oriented approach.

Strong integrity, a positive attitude, and a patient-oriented approach.

Willing to work according to the clinic’s operating schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest developments in aesthetic medicine.
