Job summary

Beauty World Indonesia is seeking a qualified Aesthetic Doctor to join its Jakarta clinic. The ideal candidate will have MD, licensed practice in Indonesia, and 1–2 years of aesthetic medicine experience.

You will perform botox, fillers, lasers, and other procedures while educating clients and building lasting relationships. The role requires a professional appearance, strong communication, and sales skills, with weekend shifts in Jakarta and Fatmawati/Bintaro placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD) and licensed to practice in Indonesia.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Certified in Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and skincare.
• Professional-looking and well-groomed.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and sales skills.
• A team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Willing to be placed in Fatmawati & Bintaro
• Available to work on weekends (Jakarta placement).

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, skin boosters, and thread lifts).
• Provide consultations and customized treatment plans based on clients’ skin conditions and concerns.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with medical protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic medicine advancements and techniques.
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Address client concerns professionally and provide personalized recommendations.
• Work closely with therapists, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all aesthetic equipment and products are well-maintained.
• Support the clinic manager in maintaining service quality and improving business performance.
• Contribute to clinic revenue growth by recommending suitable treatments and products to clients.
• Participate in social media marketing efforts, including live demonstrations and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning and public awareness.
