One of Our subsidiaries CWB Medical is expanding Our business. We're looking for Aesthetic Doctor to support the services to Our Patient/Client.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare proposals for the clinic’s needs related to aesthetic services.
• Develop proposals for aesthetic treatment and service menus at the clinic.
• Conduct training for the clinic’s aesthetic service team, including general practitioners and specialized nurses.
• Plan aesthetic treatment programs based on patient needs identified and documented during aesthetic consultations.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with the agreed service menu and treatment plan, including all planned treatment stages.
• Evaluate the results of aesthetic treatments and provide recommendations for improvement to the clinic’s aesthetic service team.
• Support the marketing and promotion of the clinic’s aesthetic services on various occasions, whether organized by the clinic, external organizations, or clinic partners.
• Provide patient care and guidance, as well as guidance and support to the clinic’s aesthetic service team. Visit schedules may be adjusted to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support the development and expansion of the types and volume of aesthetic services every three (3) months, subject to further arrangements.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for the development of aesthetic services.
• Attend evaluation meetings and provide relevant input and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in aesthetic clinics or aesthetic medicine is required.
• Possess a valid medical license and relevant professional certifications.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-oriented approach.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
