PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to be on the frontline of selling outdoor lifestyle products. You will advise customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that match their activities, delivering experiential service at the store.

You will source and share product information, explain features, materials, technology, and care, and participate in end-to-end selling, from product arrival to customer delivery.

Qualificações

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Customer oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near the nearest EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Be an Advisor to the customer; build communication from needs identification to product recommendation.
• Source of Product Information: explain product features, materials, technology, and care.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities from product arrival to delivery to the customer.
