Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year in Marketing Solutions, Advertising/Media Sales, Campaign, KAM, or similar role.
• Experience with brands or external clients, preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplace, retail, or FMCG.
• Understanding of funnel metrics: impressions, reach, traffic, CTR, ROAS, ad spend.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers for revenue forecasting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive ads revenue growth by prospecting, pitching, and developing advertising solutions for brands.
• Develop customized packages based on brand needs and ad solutions, including barter when applicable.
• Build revenue forecasts and track performance to support quarterly targets.
• Analyze ads performance and brand data to extract insights and present findings to partners.
• Present and pitch advertising solutions, detailing value and business impact.
• Manage and grow relationships with brand partners, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and internal teams to tailor solutions to priorities.
• Monitor execution and performance of campaigns to ensure deliverables align with packages.
• Act as SME for Astro's advertising products and market trends, advising brand partners.
