Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; background in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Education is a plus.
• Fresh graduates and final semester students are welcome to apply; any prior experience in sales, customer service, or campus organizations is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven with a genuine interest in the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outbound calls to prospective students and help convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
• Support day-to-day admissions administration including processing applications, coordinating campus tours, and preparing enrolment documents
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and communication records
• Assist in school visits, education fairs, and community outreach events to represent La Salle College Jakarta.
• Support the team with general administrative and reporting tasks as needed
