Job summary

WonderMind, Southeast Asia's leading EdTech company with operations in Jakarta, invites graduates to join as an intern at its learning center. The role focuses on administrative duties, student records, and supporting center operations in Jakarta.

The internship lasts 3–6 months with potential promotion to a Growth Partner role based on performance. A laptop allowance and paid internship at IDR 175,000 per day are provided, with working hours Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM and Sat 9–2 PM.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, for daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis.
• Fluent in English and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operations staff with clerical tasks and data filing.
• Support the Center Manager with scheduling, daily reports, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance and schedules.
• Assist with parent inquiries and coordination on student-related matters.
