Job summary

PT Top Eskrim Yummy is seeking an Admin Online to manage customer inquiries and orders across online marketplaces from our Jakarta pusat base. You will reply to chats on Shopee and Tiktok Shop, provide product and pricing information, and ensure accurate order records.

The role requires strong communication and fast response times. Ideal candidates have SMA/SMK or equivalent, experience in customer service or admin roles, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience as Customer Service, Admin Online, Admin Marketplace, or similar is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to serve customers courteously.
• Fast response and accustomed to replying to chats quickly.
• Able to use online platforms and marketplaces.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reply to and serve customer inquiries through Shopee and Tiktok Shop marketplaces.
• Provide information regarding products, prices, stock availability, promotions, and ordering processes to customers.
• Assist customers through the ordering process and ensure orders are recorded correctly.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and needs quickly, courteously, and professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders or other needs.
• Record and compile order data and customer communications.
• Coordinate with related teams, such as warehouse and shipping, to ensure customer orders proceed smoothly.
• Ensure every customer chat receives appropriate response and follow-up.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and increase customer satisfaction.
• Perform other online administrative work as needed by the company.
