Mercure Jakarta Batavia is seeking a Financial Controller to lead our finance function within the hospitality sector. You will partner with the General Manager and executive team to align financial strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and delivering accurate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to owners, while ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Financial Controller in hospitality.
• Strong financial leadership to support GM and executive team.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to ownership.
• Solid knowledge of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and legislative adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls policies, and reporting processes.

• Strong financial leadership with the ability to partner with the General Manager and executive team to support business strategy and performance

• Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to Accor and ownership
• Solid knowledge of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and legislative adherence and provide financial guidance on management agreements, owners corporation matters, and HMA compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls policies, and reporting processes
