Job summary

PT Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari mencari staf Administrasi dengan fokus pada pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan untuk Business Unit Interior Residential. Tanggung jawab mencakup pengelolaan kontrak, kerja sama dengan Legal & Finance, serta pengelolaan kas kecil dan voucher.

Posisi ini menuntut gelar S1 manajemen, kemampuan Excel/Google Sheets, serta kemampuan multitugas dan solusi masalah. Ditempatkan di kantor pusat West Jakarta dengan kerja penuh waktu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree manajemen (S1) atau setara.
• Familiar dengan Google Spreadsheet atau Excel.
• Mampu multitask & prioritas kerja.
• Kalau ada, kemampuan mendeteksi masalah & memberi solusi.
• Bekerja dari kantor pusat di West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan pencapaian unit bisnis Interior Residential secara berkala.
• Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen kontrak serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Legal dan Finance dalam proses administrasi dan persetujuan kontrak.
• Mengelola petty cash dan memproses reimbursement sesuai kebutuhan operasional unit.
• Menyiapkan kebutuhan voucher, distribusi, serta menyusun rekapitulasi penggunaan voucher.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses pengiriman barang untuk proyek dan operasional.
• Memonitor masa berlaku kontrak vendor serta mengoordinasikan perpanjangan kontrak dengan pihak terkait.

• Menyiapkan kebutuhan voucher, melakukan distribusi, serta menyusun rekapitulasi penggunaan voucher.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses pengiriman barang untuk kebutuhan proyek dan operasional business unit.
• Memantau masa berlaku kontrak vendor serta mengoordinasikan proses perpanjangan kontrak dengan pihak terkait.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of management (S1) or equivalent
• Familiar using Google spreadsheet or excel
• Ability to multitask & prioritize work
• Ability to detect issue & offer problem solving solution
• Work from headquarters in West Jakarta
