Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Logical thinking, self‑motivated, and adaptable to changing tasks or priorities.
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to work on Saturday (half‑day).
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export‑import operations.
  • Strong understanding of DO handling for major shipping lines (e.g., OOCL, SITC, CMA CGM).
  • Prior experience in drafting PIB (Persetujuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Persetujuan Ekspor Barang) is a plus.
Job Description
  • Manage DO requirements for new shipments, including drafting necessary letters (e.g., Surat Kuasa, LOI).
  • Communicate with shipping lines regarding DO handling and follow up on demurrage/detention matters.
  • Verify the accuracy of credentials in shipping documents (e.g., Faktur Pajak).
  • Compile and ensure the completeness of shipping documents for submission to the invoicing department (Lift Off, Invoice DO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to streamline the customs clearance process (Trucking Delivery, Operational Tila).
  • Monitor vessel arrivals for shipments (FCL, LCL, Air) and ensure smooth operations.
