Responsibilities

• Engage in undergraduate teaching; lecturing as primary duty.
• Conduct research to enhance the school’s academic reputation; publish in refereed journals or proceedings.
• Manage research grants and supervise research assistants; deliver reports on time.
• Engage in examining duties: create exam questions, marking, moderation.
• Participate in community development activities approved by the university.
• Act as academic advisor to students and refer to pastoral sources as needed.
• Participate in university events as part of committees.
• Implement other duties as required by Faculty and/or Rectorate.
