Predixa Intelligence in Indonesia is seeking a skilled actuary to join its risk and pricing team. You will perform technical reserve calculations, develop pricing for new and existing products, and support RBC/solvency and regulatory reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field, PA I exams, programming in Python/R/SQL, Excel VBA, and experience with PSAK 117/IFRS 17 is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• PAI exams passed; ASAI designation is a plus for senior level.
• 1–3 years actuarial experience; fresh grads welcomed for staff level.
• Knowledge of reserve valuation, pricing, PSAK 117/IFRS 17 is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (including VBA); familiarity with Prophet/AXIS/MG-ALFA; Python, R or SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; detail‑oriented.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Perform periodic technical reserve calculations in line with OJK regulations and PSAK 117.
• Develop pricing for new insurance products and reprice existing products.
• Conduct experience studies (mortality, morbidity, lapse, claims) to support actuarial assumptions.
• Build, maintain, and validate valuation, pricing, and projection models with documentation.
• Prepare actuarial reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators including RBC/ solvency.
• Support product profitability analysis, ALM, and business planning.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, product, and IT on data needs and implementation.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in actuarial calculations; stay updated on regulatory changes.
