Job summary

Hangry is seeking an accounting/finance-minded student or graduate to join our team and support daily AR operations. You will reconcile cash receipts, prepare AR reports, and collaborate as the primary point of contact for AR data requests across departments.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and financial data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous internship or experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash receipts against sales invoice reports and follow up with internal or external PICs regarding any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, covering revenue, platform fees, discounts, and other receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the main PIC for AR-related data requests.
• Support daily AR administration and data analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
