Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and financial data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous internship or experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash receipts against sales invoice reports and follow up with internal or external PICs regarding discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AR reports, covering revenue, platform fees, discounts, and other receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the main PIC for AR-related data requests.
• Support daily AR administration and data analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
