MHIS is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff to support the Finance team in maintaining accounting records, processing financial transactions, and handling tax activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields, 2+ years of experience, and a solid understanding of Indonesian accounting/tax rules. Proficiency with Excel and accounting software is expected, with Brevet A & B preferred.

• Experience in tax calculation, payment, and reporting.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and manage tax-related documents and reports.
• Assist with monthly and annual tax compliance, including calculation, payment, and reporting.
• Ensure accounting and tax documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Assist with PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and other applicable taxes.
• Support the preparation of tax invoices and related documentation.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
• Monitor changes in accounting and taxation regulations relevant to the organization.
• Perform other accounting and tax-related duties as assigned.
