MHIS Bintaro is expanding and seeking passionate Special Education Teachers for the 2027/2028 Academic Year. The role focuses on supporting diverse learners to build confidence and essential skills in a nurturing Islamic school environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Special Education (PLB) or related field, with at least two years of experience and a strong grasp of inclusive education, differentiated instruction, and IEP development. English proficiency is required.

Special Education Teacher (Academic Year 2027/2028)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (PLB), Psychology, or a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or supporting students with special educational needs.

Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction.

Able to develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Able to adapt learning materials and teaching strategies to individual student needs.

Skilled in positive behavior support and classroom management.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Patient, empathetic, observant, and collaborative.

Able to work closely with parents, teachers, and therapists to support student development.

Willing to work at MHIS Bintaro.
