Job summary

MUTIARA HARAPAN ISLAMIC SCHOOL (MHIS Bangka) seeks an Islamic Religion Teacher (PAIBP) to join for the New Academic Year 2027/2028. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PAIBP teaching experience at the primary level, with strong English proficiency.

The teacher will guide Qur’an reading, memorisation, daily prayers, and Islamic values, while applying modern methods and curriculum development to engage young learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience teaching PAIBP, preferably at the primary level.
• Proficiency in English with IELTS 6.5 or higher preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Akidah-Akhlak, Fiqh, and values for primary students.
• Fluency in Qur’an recitation with good Tajweed.
• Able to teach Qur’an reading, memorisation, daily prayers and practices.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and technology literacy, including digital learning platforms.

Qualifications:
